Goodbye

Hello

What a trip. In October or sooner I will drop this web site. It was originally created because of the dirty politics in New Mexico. It served it's purpose. I learned a few things since publishing it. One, most CCs are hard working and do not care about the politics in USgw. I have received several emails saying, "Please don't use my name, but I agree with what you are saying, ..." That, my friends, is one of the problems. If you will not stand up, if you will not vote, no change will come; USgw will continue to slide.

The EC stated we have 2000 members. Of that total, 1500 are registered to vote. I ask: Is the EC correct about the 2000 figure? I recently made a membership list. I found web sites not updated since 2004. I found websites with no names, and many web site with adopt-me tags. I saw State web sites that were out of date. I saw CCs with multiple websites, 25 in one case. I doubt the 2,000 figure is correct.

One problem USgw has: they do not know what they want to be. Are they 50 independent States or one big organization? They want to be both at the same time. Board members have told me if I had filed my grievance under the GC, then Karen Mitchell would have been ordered to return me to the CC position in NMgw. But since I filed it with the AB, they were powerless to make such an order. My answer to that is "BS". The AB is THE power in USgw. No one can overrule them. It's just a convenient way to kiss me off and to kiss-off any CC. They will support an SC even if they were guilty of murder and child abuse. They had and did use their power to destroy Georgia. But they said they have no power to restrain an out-of-control SC in New Mexico. Bullshit.

The recent election deserves a small note. A Board member told me if I removed this web site, I would get more votes. It was a not-so-veiled promise. What the AB cannot understand is my honor is not for sale, and my freedom to speak is non-negotiable. What I publish on Stalkers comes from the Internet. I do not bluff nor lie, I offer opinions based on the facts found on the internet. To Win an election has never been my goal. Using it as an opportunity to speak, was. I do question the election results. We are NEVER allowed to see the raw votes.

I value free speech even when I do not agree with it. I received this email yesterday:

Cowards who sent the following e-mail to losing candidates. This person is such a coward she did not use her REAL E-mail address of:

The ** replace the letters ss in the original e-mail. I will happily forward the original e-mail I and others received to ANY USGenWeb Member who requests it. I received this at an e-mail address only used one place within the USWP project and that is Peach Co GA. USGWP can be proud of itself for having members like this among its ranks.

Yes, I lost my race, I never expected to win and only accepted the nomination so my opponent when he won would have the satisfaction of knowing he won, not because no one else could be bothered to run, but because the members who voted think he was the best candidate and I personally an sure he will be a good representative for SEMA and have told him so in a private e-mail.

You see two people here: one an honorable person who is a dedicated USgw volunteer and the other a coward. I ran not because I wanted to win; I know an outsider cannot win. I, unlike Tanya, sent my opponent a real congratulations email after the results were announced. No bitterness, no recriminations. BTW: Using an address trace service, The person who sent that nasty-gram used a computer located in Overland Park, Kansas. I'm investigating the real identity of that person now.

My preliminary findings are shocking.

Goodbye:

I've tired to get the AB to do the right thing in the Barnum vs. Mitchell grievance for too long. Her actions have cost the AB and USgw public esteem. I'm giving up this site in October. (That deal is now done.) Anyone who knows me, and anyone who is aware that I have put over 2,000,000 names online for researchers, knows I'm not a quitter. I do not bluff nor do I lie. A war is coming.
