(BTW, Google, who has hosted this site since the beginning, changed their interface *tremendously*, and many of my uploads and links are broken. It will take me quite some time to find/fix them all, and some which were only ever uploaded here, for posterity,  are plausibly lost, entirely :( Thanks, Google.)
