Were is Joseph Francis Galerno???

Joseph Francis Galerno is a difficult man to find. Having died on January 7,1899 with no record of his final resting grounds.My thoughts is that he is indeed in the stoney point,Tilbury north area but that can not be truly confirmed as nobody really knows were he is burried......Is there a possibility he could have been burried along the river and possibly times been trouble some?????????
