Optants
Les Optants of Alsace and Lorraine http://www.cdhf.net/fr/. Choose "Bases de donnees. The CDHF has stopped operation as of July 2015. They publish BERGA and LE SAV. It is not known if their databases will be available after this date.
Ancestry.com has indexed the Optants of Alsace and Lorraine. Go the the Ancestry card catalog and type in "Alsace" in the keyword section. Look for Citizenship Declarations [Optants]. The card index is not complete (84%).
