Adelaide Highland Games - 1973

Traditionally, this contest was held during March at the Adelaide Oval, and was preceded by a street march down King William Street. The competition later moved to Kensington Oval with no street march; this was effectively a move into obscurity as far as the public was concerned. The event never really recovered from the abandonment of the Adelaide Oval as a venue.
