An item available from the T-shop, for A$1000 (or the cultural equivalent, pending the shop location) that summons a genie from whom you can wish for a number of rare items. (not to be confused with the lamp from the fake T-shop items store in Bes Pelargic where the Worm Sword comes from)
The lamp looks like:
This is a battered old brass lamp. It smells faintly of oil.
Using the command "rub lamp" summons a genie who will follow you from room to room no matter your mode of transport. The genie will grant one wish for an item before disappearing.
The Genie summoned speaks in Djelian. It does not require any Djelian spoken levels for the genie to understand you.
You have one wish for an item. Not all items on the disk are available from the genie, but all the t-shop items, including iron gauntlets can be wished for.
You can -not- wish for a quest item you have not done the quest for, such as the scythe or the lion paws.
Say "Go back in the lamp" to dispel the Genie.
You may have to summon the genie a few times for him to be in the 'correct' mood in order to grant your wish.
The genie 'remembers' previous wishes. The amount of previously granted wishes are displayed upon the successful asking of an item (the question prompt), before the item is given to a player.
With 1 previous wish, the granting cost is 160 talents (A$800).
Note: The Genie only deals in Djelian currency. So.. be prepared.

Sarilak (A$675) - requires evil align
You need 100 levels in fighting.melee.heavy-sword to wield Sarilak.
Sometimes, when you successfully hit someone with Sarilak, he will add an acid attack to your own attack. This can result in Sarilak killing them, instead of you killing them, but this doesn't seem to have any effect on xp gain.
Sarilak is an evil weapon: using him will make you more evil, and if you try to use him when you're good or neutral, he will jump out of your hands, landing on the ground (and burning you if you're too good, as with touching the blade).
Sarilak talks--he says various things during combat, when you equip him (exactly what seems to have some relationship to your fighting ability), or when you touch his blade. Touching Sarilak's blade ("touch [blade] [of] sarilak") will get you different messages depending on your alignment, and if you do this while evil enough (a few degrees is enough), you'll get the "Blackheart" post-title until you log out. If you do this while too good[1], the acid will burn you, doing some damage (which can be up to at least 187 hp).
Sarilak is a magical talisman: he can be bonded to you.
