The heirarchical merging and splitting of data into clusters is shown in the form of simulation videos. The simulation shows the ability of algorithm to merge or split the cluster automatically without any manual intervention. Most possible types of data that appear in the field of data mining and pattern recognition are covered in the simulation. The paper details are available in the publication section.
1) Three clusters are present in the dataset. Initially, the algorithm assumes ten clusters and merges the clusters one after another and finally reaches to the three clusters at the end of simulation.
2) Four clusters are present in the dataset. The clusters are of different shapes.
3) Four spatially grouped dataset is grouped into twelve clusters in the simulation by splitting the clusters.
4) Unequal shape clusters are grouped in the dataset.
5) Unequal size clusters are grouped in the dataset.
