Upverter
Upverter is a social media for open collaborative circuit design. Upverter was founded in the summer of 2010 by three University of Waterloo computer & electrical engineers with a very simple goal: to make hardware collaboration possible. Upverter requires joining. Joining is free for open source projects and costs $7 per person for private projects. Upverter looks like it can be a source for free circuits.
