4 days prior, she tried to abort her 1-month pregnancy with
the help of an abortionist using polyethylene catheter.
Physical examination:
Febrile, conscious
Hypotension
Foul-smelling discharge from the vagina
Scenario 2:
History:
45-year-old male with severe colicky right abdominal pain associated with
difficuty in urination. Onset - a few hours ago.
Physical examination:
Patient in severe abdominal colic felt on the right.
Abdomen - no mass, soft during quiesence phase of colic
The rest are unremarkable.
Scenario 3:
History:
26-year-old man was stabbed on the left flank a few minutes ago.
Physical Examination:
Normal vital signs
Abdomen - no tenderness
Hematuria
