UPMatters - TV3

WJMN-TV3 visited the Club to film a segment for their UPMatters – Explore the U.P. Shore program. I gave Mollie Hollebeke and Eric Urban a quick curling lesson and they gave it a try. (Mollie and Eric will NOT be representing the USA at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing)

The entire program is 36 minutes long and pretty funny (the curling footage it runs from 24:25 to 27:15). Click the photo to watch the video.

Curling in Calumet

The CCCC is indebted to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and its "Public Spaces, Community Places" grant program which allowed us to build the community room and make important upgrades to the Drill Shop building.
