    2. IMPROVEMENTS AND PROJECTS

            A. Better signage needed

                i. Large lighted sign below eave, visible from road (see photos)

ii. Signage on Red Jacket Rd to turn traffic alongside Colosseum

Mike: Koski sign quoted $1760.00 for lighted sign on roof, wiring to be extended to by others at additional cost. Quote is from time when we purchased existing sign, so is probably greater now. Contacted Boone at Industrial Graphics about free standing sign by Red Jacket Rd, to turn at Colosseum. He has not subsequently responded to e-mails, nor phone messages. He said National Park Service does not want signs posted on buildings.

iii. Was brought up that Google Maps does not show correct location for Club. Existing GPS location is incorrect. Andrew offered to get this corrected.

            B. Inline water filter system (de-ionizing system) – anyone? Noel looked into this $2000.00 - $3000.00 for 300 gallon storage tank. Use distilled water for pebbling only.

            C. Bocce Ball Court – Gary, Noel did not build due to leak over court. Calumet Township will fix roof this summer, Gary & Noel will build Bocce Ball Court.

            D. Remove pipes under ice – Gary. Calumet Township will look at the pipes this Spring to see if the pipes under the ice (that is causing the cracking) are currently in use and will remove if they are not.

            E. Repair peeling ice paint – Gordon. Surface may need to be sand-blasted and re- painted. Will be repaired in Summer of 2020.

            F. Flip handles – Gary. Much faster, but much straighter. Will need to be textured.

            G. Youth Rocks – Jarrod. Received a set of 3 pound plastic rocks FREE (for trial purposes). These are great for school kids to learn under the age of 10. Will continue to look for Lite rocks.

            H. Other improvement ideas? Jarrod suggested painting the plywood window coverings with mining & historic pictures. He contacted both National Park Service and MTU and they will donate plotter free, just need to pay for the paint to cover background. It was brought up if the paint/murals are water soluble. Jarrod will find out prior to authorizing.

            I. 3 windows broken, Calumet Township will replace this summer.
