City police were called to a local beauty shop on reports of a man trying to get into the cash register.
A subsequent investigation revealed the man was angry about a haircut he had received approximately a month ago and was trying to get his money back. Police determined the man had suffered a stroke and was having trouble communicating with officers, but conveyed his unhappiness through nodding and gestures.
Authorities sent him on his way after explaining he would not be receiving a refund for the unsatisfactory haircut.
