Based at the Redwick Village Hall, near the Rose Inn pub, Redwick, this is a fast, flat 4 mile road race
The race comprises 2 laps of the course.

Start at 7.30pm
Plenty of free parking

The course
Accurately measured and certified course .
Entirely on-road, there will be marshals at all key points.
2 laps, total race distance 4 miles
Run under WA rules: licence no. tbd

Rules
The races are run under WA rules; Welsh Government
Runners must be at least 15 years old on race day;
Club colours, where appropriate, must be worn;
Numbers must be worn on the front and NOT folded as this may damage the chip;
Obey the marshals’ instructions;
The use of MP3 music players is strictly forbidden; runners caught wearing headphones (of any type) will be disqualified.
Facilities
There is plenty of free parking - please follow the marshal's directions!
