It is hoped that members can use these databases to track their own personal progression. For example, on the 5k database there is a tab that shows all your times in chronological order.
When you run in a club virtual competition, why not fill out the form and submit your time, no matter how good/bad you think it is. It's a benchmark. Then in a year' time you will hopefully see progression.
