Accordion Pages Folding Steps
Book Cover Step by Step
We used an empty, thin, cardboard cereal packet and cut out a piece that was approximately 5.3 inches x 2.6 inches piece.
If you want to cover the cardboard cover with PVA (White School Glue) and cover it with construction paper/tissue paper/or even fabric
Flip it over and d the same, folding your backing material in to cover the cardboard neatly.
Finally place the accordion pages over the top, in the center and leave it to dry completely. Then fold up and start writing or drawing in your very own mini book.
cover the card in glue
place tissue paper or similar over the top
We added a few layers
Turn it over and fold in the edges to meet the card with more glue
Glue the central part of the cardboard and place the accordion pages on top and leave it open until it is completely dry.
These are our finished books, what will you make?
