This is a summative report of the 33rd Cancer Crusaders Club Annual Christmas Get-Together on December 6, 2020.
Starting-Ending Time and Duration of Program
The Get-together was held online (virtual) through ZOOM, from 700 an to 1030 am. The program proper which was officially planned and scheduled at 8 am to 10 am was accomplished within the time allotment (officially started at 8 am and officially ended at 950 am). The Zoom meeting room was opened at 655 am to allow participants to sign-in and wait for the official start of the program at 8 am. While waiting, orientation and welcome slides were shown together with the playing of a Christmas song. An open forum was also held before 8 am (around 740 am) together with a group picture taking. After the official ending of the program at 950 am, there were some members who stayed online and continued to chit-chat with each other. The Zoom meeting room was closed at 1030 am.
Thus, the program proper started and ended on time and was completed as planned within 2 hours.
Registrants and Participants
There were 106 registrants and 50 cancer crusaders who were physically present during the Zoom meet. If the caregivers and those assisting in the Zoom livestream is counted, the number was about 100.
