CCC Breast Self-Exam Demo with Clothes on

Samples of videos submitted by CCC Breast Self-Exam Promoters and Practitioners - 2022.

Hopefully, these videos will inspire the Filipino women to do regular Breast Self-Exam.

These videos with clothes on was made just to demonstrate the basic technique. The Breast Self-Exam should be DONE with NO clothes on, in private.

Why with clothes on? To protect the privacy of the BSE promoters and practitioners. This is also the reason why the face of the performers are not revealed.

These videos were taken and submitted to show evidence that the BSE was being done and done correctly for the purpose of the CCC Breast Self-Exam Promoters and Practitioners Awards (the first awarding will be on December 4, 2022.

NOTE: Requirements for BSE are not the same for all females in the sense that the BSE has added steps for those treated already for breast cancer treatment compared to those without breast cancer yet. The requirements for BSE for those without breast cancer yet consist of examination of the two breasts and the two armpits. For those with breast cancer treatment, additional requirements include examination of the neck and the liver area in the abdomen. [Note: I have not seen these recommendations in the medical literature. These are my personal recommendations.]
