CCC Cash Ayuda for Cancer Patients

The Cancer Crusaders Club Cash Ayuda for Cancer Patients (Raffle Giveaway) is intended for ROJoson Cancer Crusaders (ROJoson cancer patients) who are NOW undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer and/or who are NOW taking hormonal therapy. They have to register to be entitled to the Cash Ayuda and registered data must be complete. In addition, they have to email a digital copy of their most current (2021) prescription of chemotherapy / hormonal therapy to rjoson2001@yahoo.com on or before December 2, 2021 (1700H). They have to be present in the Zoom Virtual Meet of the Cancer Crusaders Club on December 5, 2021. There will be a raffle draw on December 5, 2021 or on December 6, 2021. The CCC Cash Ayuda is P1,000.00 per lucky qualified winner.

The Cancer Crusaders Club ROJoson Telemedical Consultation Voucher (Raffle Giveaway) is intended for cancer patients and ROJoson Cancer Crusaders who formally registered and are present during the Zoom Virtual Meet of the Cancer Crusaders Club on December 5, 2021. They have to fill-up or accomplish with perfect score the Quiz-Evaluation-Feedback form to be given at the end of the Zoom Virtual Meet. The raffle draw will be on December 5, 2021 or December 6, 2021.
