Make sure you have Zoom apps in your personal computer, laptop, ipad, or smartphone. For best results of virtual meet, use laptop or personal computer.

If you still don't have the Zoom apps, go to "zoom.us" and click "download" under "zoom clients for meeting."

Once you have Zoom apps downloaded already, open it.

Then, click "Join" a meeting.

You should then see this:

Then, type in the Meeting ID - 850 2808 8185

Like so, example:

Then, click "Join" - the following will appear and will be asking for the meeting password.

Type in the meeting password or passcode - By@Nv0V8

(for those outside the Philippines, use the passcodes listed above) [Passcode: 77625891]

It will appear like this:

Then, click "Join Meeting."

Before 7 am of December 6, 2020, this sign will appear:

Note: 6/12/2020 is 6th of December 2020 or December 6, 2020. Not June 12, 2020. Don't be misled. You are on the right track.

If you see the above sign before 7 am of December 6, 2020, you are on the right track.

At 701 am of December 6, 2020, when you click "Join Meeting", you will be ushered into the meeting room already.

When you are in the meeting room at 701 am on December 6, 2020, make sure to MUTE yourself first but you can start VIDEO already (so that we can see other).

I will open the Zoom meeting room at exactly 701am. We will start the Zoom meeting at exactly 8 am. We will end at 10 am. We will have group picture taking at 9 am and at 10 am. Make sure to have your name of the your box and your video on for the group picture taking.

I will give more instructions on that day or even before December 6, 2020.

UPLOAD YOUR VIRTUAL BACKGROUND IN THE ZOOM APPS

Once you open the ZOOM apps,

click on the icon of the video to open it. Then, on the right side of the video icon, click.

then click on virtual background.

then click on the "+" sign.

then click "add image"

then, upload the virtual background picture that I gave you.
