Darrell L. Dudley
Even though I left BTW after my 11th grade year for Morehouse College, I will always claim the class of 1966 as being mine. In 1967 I married Claudette Tucker (Class of ’66) and we moved to Syracuse where I studied Russian for the Air Force @ the University of Syracuse. After spying on the Russians and leaving the Air Force I joined the FAA where I spent the next 35 years as an Air Traffic Controller in various capacities around the Southeastern US. I ended my FAA career as an Operational Manager of the "World's Busiest Airport", ATL. I then worked for Lockheed Martin for 7 years as a consultant.
Claudette and I have two children, Erika (lives in Chicago with her husband and our only grandchild, Teddy, who is 15) and Darrell (lives here in ATL and is single with no kids). We live in Peachtree City and are both enjoying retirement life. Our time is spent traveling the globe, photographing the wonders and people of the world and sharing our adventures with friends and family. We are off to Australia in a few days and will return before the reunion.

Fondest Memories from high school:
1. Flirting with Claudette Tucker and Cynthia Lemons in the language lab and them scratching my hands as I reached under the consoles. Walking Claudette Tucker home from school even though she lived in the opposite direction from me.
2. Winning a dance contest in the gym as I danced with Vera Bonner with "Shot Gun" by Jr. Walker and the All Stars blaring over the speakers.
Advice to the Graduates of 2016:
