Preseason and Post-Season Practice Schedule

No member school team may engage in any athletic practice in any sport nor shall any interscholastic athletic contest be played prior to the sports season’s dates annually published by the Virginia High School League. No member school shall engage in any form of preseason or postseason practice or in any preseason or postseason interscholastic competition in any sport except under conditions outlined in the VHSL Handbook.
