All athletic inventories should be completed by the coach and turned in at the end of the season to the Student Activities Coordinator. Accountability for equipment and uniforms is the responsibility of the coach. All items should be cleaned and prepared for storage, and a list of needs should be compiled for the next sports season. It is the responsibility of the coach to collect and account for all uniform and equipment items immediately following the completion of his or her sports season.
Coaches should stress uniform care. Any athlete who purposely damages a uniform in any way is expected to pay for the uniform replacement.
Coaches should organize their equipment so they know what they have and where it is at all times. A daily, equipment safety check should be made. When items are broken or unusable, please notify the Student Activities Coordinator. Well-cared for equipment will last much longer.
