Accounts Summaries

Belipola admin team, consisting of Kamani (bookkeeper) and Madhushani (Office manager) coordinate with all other teams at Belipola. Kamani keeps records of all staff up to date, checks time sheets, balances cash book (computer and book) with cash in hand on a daily basis, calculates monthly salary sheets and sends to RRI for approval.

The summaries that are uploaded to the Google Drive are:

• RRI Account Summary 2014 - account summary of donor related monies

• UFGP Account Summary 2014 - social business/income account for 2014 (kept separate from donor related monies)

• UFGP Account Summary 2015 Oct - this account was the social business/income account for 2015, kept till October 2015, until it was merged with the RRI account summary to become the Belipola Account Summary 2015.

• Double Sens Account Summary 2015 - social business/income account from the eco-tourism initiative, merged with the RRI account summary to become the Belipola Account Summary 2015 (below).

• Belipola Account Summary 2015 - RRI account summary (donor funds) merged with the UFPG 2015 account summary and the Double Sens Account Summary 2015.
