Kohler Hotel

Ann Schwab Reed, pictured, succeeded her father in managing the Hotel Kohler, the hotel was built in the late 20s. It was a fine building with elevators and a roof garden on top of where danced where held. When motels became popular, it was no longer profitable. It was closed and later torn down and replaced by the City of Beeville City Hall, Police Department and Fire Department.
