iQoro

This device may help train the muscles of the lower oesophagus to reduce reflux.

From our facebook group:

Kerry's story:

I have one. I bought it out of desperation and I’ve been using it for 7 months. And whilst I am lucky in so much as my reflux came in waves, I haven’t had an episode in around 6 months. My bed is now flat, and I find I can also sleep on my right side. I don’t know if it’s specifically because of this? But equally can’t find an alternative reason! I say go for it - for the sake of £150 it’s definitely worth a go.

Other comments:

Yes I bought one and initially didn’t have much success until I realised I wasn’t doing it correctly. I’m now getting a little better insomuch as I don’t have so much reflux. The iQora team believe in their product and regularly email me for support. I also joined their online meeting recently when they showed us again how to use it and answered questions.

You're supposed to hold your breath for the ten seconds but the rest period isn't really enough to take a breath. I also feel I'm creating a vacuum which I think you shouldn't.

From Zach on X (formerly Twitter):
I’ve tried everything: ppis, gaviscon, famotidine, diets, wedge pillows etc but a few days in with an IQoro seems to have solved almost all my symptoms. (May I just add I am in no way affiliated with them: just a small dude who bought one through desperation)

"My stomach and oesophagus are much happier, and so am I. I am so happy to be off PPIs, it wasn't the answer for me, IQoro has been life-changing for me and my health is so much better for it."
