The Following Screen shots come from a great website I learned about at NECC 09 which featured Alice and Scratch activities. Scratch and Alice have both shown research based evidence for improvement in language abilities in students on the spectrum. The IMFAR Tech Demo featured a presentation by Ehsan Mohammed that used Scratch to teach language skills to ASD students. Alice has been used effectively in Dr. M. Talovair's 'Digispired' programs to improve writing with students on the spectrum. Please see the great Scratch and Alice activities at http://nebomusic.net
