RigidLimit
A simple simulator for rigid limit nitroxide spectra based on ancient code from the last century, but recently updated.
It also includes models that can be reduced to a rigid limit treatment by calculating effective tensor values first
(Mostly for learning the basic concepts)
Features:
Full rigid limit simulation using a Sophe Grid with up to 2M+ orientations (input limited. Completes in a fraction of a second even for 2 million orientations.)
Griffith model of axial averaging (arbitrary axis and order parameter)
Single crystal spectrum (arbitrary orientation)
Timofeev model of averaging (currently not exposed to the user)
Gaussian, Lorentzian, and Modulation broadening
Optional display of manifolds
Optional display of key tensor positions
Any microwave frequency
14N (I=1), 15N (I=½) and no Nitrogen (I=0).
1st derivative, absorption, or integral display
