RigidLimit

A simple simulator for rigid limit nitroxide spectra based on ancient code from the last century, but recently updated.

It also includes models that can be reduced to a rigid limit treatment by calculating effective tensor values first

(Mostly for learning the basic concepts)

Features:

• Full rigid limit simulation using a Sophe Grid with up to 2M+ orientations (input limited. Completes in a fraction of a second even for 2 million orientations.)

• Griffith model of axial averaging (arbitrary axis and order parameter)

• Single crystal spectrum (arbitrary orientation)

• Timofeev model of averaging (currently not exposed to the user)

• Gaussian, Lorentzian, and Modulation broadening

• Optional display of manifolds

• Optional display of key tensor positions

• Any microwave frequency

• 14N (I=1), 15N (I=½) and no Nitrogen (I=0).

• 1st derivative, absorption, or integral display
