Typical procedure to analyze simple DEER data

(Note that this is an old video from an older version of the program.

The current version looks slightly different)

1. Run program (will start out on “data” tab)
2. Select folder containing your files to populate the file list
3. Double-click a file to load it into the analysis machinery
4. Go to “select” tab and trim data on each side if desired
5. Go to Background tab and click [Find Background]
6. Go to fitting tab, press [Fit]
7. Press [Save] (if you have a printer, check “also print” to get a hardcopy)
8. Start over with step #3 by selecting a different file (analyzed files will have a checkmark)

(If you don’t have data, use the built-in tool to generate simulated data).
