- 1 lb ground turkey
 - 1 onion
 - 6 carrots
 - 4 potatoes
 - Optional: green beans, corn, peas
 - Seasonings: garlic powder, salt, pepper
 - 3/4 cup water
 
- Saute the ground turkey. Thinly slice the onion, carrots, and potatoes.
 - Layer all ingredients but the seasonings in a dutch oven or crockpot.
 - Throw in a bit of each seasoning along with the water. Cover tightly.
- In dutch oven: cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
 - In crock pot: cook on low for 6 hrs or high for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
 
 - Serve with a side salad, and ketchup on top.
