makes 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c vegetable oil (or olive oil)
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 2 T dry mustard
- 1 t salt
- 1 T black pepper
- 1 1/2 t finely minced fresh parsley (or 1/2 t dried)
Directions
1. In large bowl, mix together the liquids. Stir in dry ingredients.
2. Use to marinate chicken before cooking as desired. The longer you marinate, the more flavor it will have.

- works well with about 3 pkgs chicken breast tenders, marinated overnight & then grilled
