- bacon
 - potatoes
 - seasonings: paprika, onion powder, pepper, salt
 
- Fry bacon in a pan; remove to paper towels.
 - Peel & cut potatoes into bite-size pieces (about 1").
 - Fry potatoes in pan with bacon drippings until pieces are mostly browned.
 - Take potatoes out of pan, drain on paper towels, and pour out drippings.
 - Return potatoes to pan, and crumble bacon over top.
 - Season to taste, and reheat.
 
- May fry in cooking oil, and optionally add precooked bacon at the end.
 - Do not need to peel potatoes.
 - May cook some onions with potatoes and omit the onion powder.
