Why are Training companies still going down the same old route of apprenticeships when A1 Positive have spoken to many employers based in Exeter, Devon who have asked for skilled staff who have gained the practical-hands-on-skills that they can offer to prospective employers in Exeter and Devon.
Devon Employers do not want to pay a person £150+ pounds a week and then pay out more to train them when they don't know how to do the Job and then training organisations are getting £100+ Million Pounds in Taxpayers Money a year to supposedly deliver practical-hands-on-training when this funding should be going directly to the Employers to deliver this in the first place and to cover employers time in giving it's staff the practical-hands-on-skills and training needed this is what the current training companies have failed to deliver Exeter and Devon.
Why are Training Groups discriminating against people who suffer with learning difficulties such as dyslexia and many other forms of learning problems as many people currently suffer and some are illiterate, people are simply being excluded by UK government funded organisations who are failing to help people in Exeter, Devon as UK reports showed a huge failure from a £5Billion UK Government funded scheme that currently funds training organisations called the Work Programme that started in 2011 failed to deliver.
I certainly feel excluded as I personally suffer with dyslexia and know other people with learning difficulties and that is the part of the reason why I decided to set up A1 Positive Recycling Project to tackle this on-going problem head-on and still today I am still experiencing discrimination from Exeter, Devon organisations who have been funded £Billions from UK Government, I have even offered to work in partnership with most of them in Exeter, Devon and so far I have found that not one wants to get involved to empower people and still government fund these companies who don't want to make any positive changes in Devon that is fundamental to change in the South West as they all just seem to want to keep on getting Tax payers money every year.
I have proven that these Training companies have not addressed the simple yet ongoing problems on a daily basis and to my knowledge in the South West area one in three people currently suffer with learning difficulties and one in seven people are currently illiterate here in Exeter, Devon UK.
What I would like to know is what these Training companies are actually doing to tackle this problem head-on especially as they are getting £Billions of Pounds in Tax Payers Money each and every year to deliver failing programmes that do not work as they don't deliver the Practical-Hands-On-Training across Exeter and Devon here in the South West of the UK.
To prove what I am saying is true please read for yourself about the organisations that have been discriminated against me from my portfolio below and plus the agenda pdf below that shows the real proof that it's all true.
Please read the Pdf document below that shows Exeter taxpayers money being wasted on companies who have failed to deliver in Exeter, Devon.
None of the Devon funded organisations including councils have no intention to help reduce the carbon footprint in Exeter, Devon Fact they are loosing the South West over £1Billion in EU funding per year.
As you may be aware others have tried to steal and use our project framework and they have so far failed these include large corporations and educational institutions, Councils, MP's, funded agencies in the South West of England since 2003
