Welcome to the unofficial homepage of the 751st Field Artillery Battalion.
I created this webpage as a means of presenting some of my research on the United States Army's 751st Field Artillery Battalion that I found at the National Archives at College Park, Maryland. My grandfather Frederick Jay Nickisch served with the Headquarters Battery of the Battalion and it is my hope that by sharing this information that others will find it and share their stories and information about the battalion and its men. The information presented here is accurate to the best of my ability and knowledge. If something should need corrected please advise me and give a source so I can correct appropriately. Whenever possible I will provide the source of any information, pictures, or stories with corresponding links if available. If you have information that you would like to share or post on the webpage please contact me and I will make sure it is posted.
This website is dedicated to the memory of all the men who served in the 751st Field Artillery Battalion but in particular those men who gave their last full measure in defense of freedom and their country.
