Staff Survey 

Staff Survey 2024 - Monday 7 to Monday 21 October

The Survey is now closed.  We will share the results once received.

The response rate of EFM staff who completed the survey was 38%.  The response rate of the University was 54%.

The survey asked 30 Questions, where staff were asked to respond on a scale of 0 to 10.  Staff could also provide comments to support their scores.  

The information below is the average response received to the scale questions.  

EFM's results were slightly lower than the University's for questions 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14.  On all other questions the score was the same or higher.

The lowest average score was 6.4 for question 26.  The highest average score was 8.3 for question 8.
