EFM customer feedback continues to be largely positive. Between 1st December 2024 and 31st July 2025, 316 individuals have provided feedback on a range of services that include helpdesk, facilities management, reactive maintenance, campus safety & security and printing services. The EFM Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) is currently 77.5% (improved from the 75% baseline).
