Guidelines
Please do not include any images or logos in your email signature. Images and logos can load differently in different browsers, can slow things down and be a bit clumsy.
Please follow the below format in Sans Serif font, normal size text, font colour black and grey as per format guidance supplied above.
Please do not bold your signature.
Please remove any out of date campaigns or awards (including Times Higher Education awards from previous years)
You may add info about your working days or personal pronouns if you wish.
It is not necessary to add any information about emails being subject to public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Emails are subject to FOI requests so please be aware of this and remember to respond in a professional and courteous manner.
