Do You Cover Placements?

Yes, we can also pay for childcare if you’re attending a placement that’s part of your course.

To qualify:

• Your teacher must confirm the placement is required

• You must give us the placement days and times

• Add this info in your Childcare Application Form, or update us if the placement happens later in the year.

Who Can Look After My Child?

Your childcare provider must be:

Ofsted-registered

We can’t cover costs if you use:

• Friend

• Family members

• Unregistered providers
  
  

How Are Childcare Costs Paid?

• Your childcare provider must send invoices directly to us

• We pay in arrears (after care has been given)

• We only make payments after receiving a valid invoice
