For 16-19 Vulnerable Bursary - Students must be aged 16-18 on 31st August 2025 (students who turn 19 during their studies will remain eligible until the end of that academic year)
Employment Support Allowance WITH Personal Independence Payment -
If you only receive one of the benefits above, or you are older than the ages states, then you will not be eligible for the Vunerable Bursary.
Both of these benefits need to be addressed to the student on each document.
