Liberty Land

I came upon a clear blue sea

with a small island in the sea.

A huge statue stands on the island,

that is the Statue of Liberty,

this statue is a symbol of freedom

and symbol of the United States,

also a welcome signal for immigrants.

The figure is a woman wearing a robe,

representing the autonomous god in Roman mythology.

She holds the torch in her right hand

and a booklet in her left.

Standing there like a patron saint,

despite the wind and rain,

there are broken chains under the feet,

and the stone tablets are engraved with conspicuous words

自由岛

我来到一处湛蓝的大海，

大海中有一座小岛。

岛上屹立着一座巨大的雕像，

那是自由女神像，

这座塑像是自由和美国的象征，

也是对外来移民的欢迎信号。

塑像人物是身穿长袍的女子，

代表罗马神话中的自主神，

她右手高举火炬，

左手的册子。

宛如守护神般屹立在那，

任凭风吹雨打，

脚下还有断裂的锁链，

石碑上刻着显眼的字
