Accessing the Modem software

In order to access the modem software, take the following steps:

1. Setup your laptop to airplane mode

• Click on the Wi-Fi on the bottom right of your screen

• Click on "Airplane mode"

• Make sure no other ethernet cables are connected to the laptop.

2. Connect a laptop to the LAN port of the modem.

3. On your laptop, open a web browser and navigate to 192.168.2.1. This will open the login page.

4. On this page you have to insert credentials provided by Samotics. In case you didn't get those credentials before, please reach out to our WhatsApp Chat Support.

5. You can change the default username and password by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner and choosing Change password option.

Notice Please, in case you change the password, make sure you store it in a place where you can access it easily!
