NOVAQ check
There are four LED indicators on the NOVAQ and one reset button access hole, as shown in the image below:
Motor LED - specifies motor-related conditions
CTs LED - specifies current transformers (CTs) status
Cloud LED - specifies cloud connection conditions
Power LED - specifies device power status
LEDs color coding
Motor LED:
White - Motor running
White (blinking) - Motor inactive
Else: off
CTs LED:
Green - Healthy (CTs match)
Red (blinking slowly) - Inactive (CTs unknown)
Blue - Warning (CTs mismatch)
Red- Unhealthy (no CTs)
Else: off
Cloud LED:
Green - Healthy (IoT connected)
Red - Warning (IoT disconnected)
Else: off
Power LED:
Blue (blinking) - Power on
Else: off
Notice The LEDs may remain off for a while after a reset. If this lasts longer than 3 minutes, please contact Samotics on WhatsApp or via email: onboarding-support@samotics.com
