Checks

After installing and connecting the SAM4 components it is time to check the installation. Let's start with the general set-up check.

General checks

1. Check if all cables have been correctly connected. 

2. Check if the current sensors have been installed around the correct phase wires.

3. Check if the current sensors have been installed in the correct direction around the phase wires.

4. Check if the voltage sensing wires are installed on the correct phase wire. 

5. Check if the wires of the voltage sensing wires are connected to the correct connector on the NOVAQ.

6. If you use feed-through terminal blocks, check whether the phase wires have been connected correctly into the fused terminal blocks and whether the fuse has been installed and is intact.

7. Check whether the phase wires of the electric motor have been correctly connected to the motor source.

8. Power on the NOVAQ and modem (if applicable). Ensure all equipment is switched on and verify proper operation of all components.
