Installation steps

1. Connect the NOVAQ with the PSU using the cable supplied inside of the PSU box.  Attach the red wire to the positive terminal (V+) and the black wire to the negative terminal (V), ensuring correct polarity and secure connections. Plug the 2-pin connector into the corresponding socket on the bottom of the NOVAQ.

Notice The PSU is regarded as permanently installed and should therefore be provided with a switch or circuit breaker that is marked as such and located near the equipment. 

Warning Do not connect the system to the power grid during the installation.

2. If needed, you may use a longer cable—just ensure that the correct wires are connected to V+ and V- on both the PSU and the DC connector. 

3. The last activity is to connect each used Power Supply Unit to the designated circuit breaker in the distribution board.

Notice Do not switch on the power until all checks on the next page are completed.
