If you choose to use mobile data or WiFi as your primary connection, please continue with this page; otherwise, proceed to the Hardware Placement tab.
1. Install the Modem and its Power Supply Unit (PSU) on a din rail or any other spot where sufficient connectivity is expected.
2. Use the Teltonika Power Cable to connect the Modem with the PSU (Option 1).
Attach the red wire to the positive terminal (V+) and the black wire to the negative terminal (V-), ensuring correct polarity and secure connections. Plug the 4-pin connector into the corresponding socket on the Modem.
3. Connect the magnetic foot antennas to the mobile ports (SMA) on the top of the modem and place them separately.
4. If you are using Wi-Fi network instead of mobile connection, connect Wi-Fi antenna to the last port on the modem.
5. Connect the ethernet cable to the LAN port on the Modem and pull the cable to the location spot where the NOVAQ will be installed.
Notice The PSU is regarded as permanently installed and should therefore be provided with a switch or circuit breaker that is marked as such and located near the equipment.
Warning Do not connect the system to the power grid during the installation.
