Objectives

Every accredited school has done an Erasmus Plan according to the school's development plan and fields that need improvement. Our school Erasmus Plan was developed in 2021 according to the needs and improvements communicated by the management, German department, study groups and the current development plan of the school. This Erasmus Plan has been approved by the National Agency and is the guideline for our future Erasmus+ mobilities 2022-27.

Erasmus+ objectives are important for our school because they can help to:

Strengthen the European dimension of teaching and learning: Erasmus+ encourages schools to promote values of inclusion, diversity, tolerance, and democratic participation. It also supports the development of professional networks across Europe, which can help teachers to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching practices and to share ideas with their colleagues.

Increase the quality of teaching and learning: Erasmus+ provides funding for schools to support the professional development of teachers, school leaders, and other school staff. It also encourages the use of new technologies and innovative teaching methods. This can help to improve the quality of education for all students.

Develop the language skills of students: Erasmus+ provides opportunities for students to learn new languages and to immerse themselves in different cultures. This can help to improve their language skills and to develop their cultural awareness.

Promote active citizenship and social cohesion: Erasmus+ encourages students to participate in civic and social activities, both at home and abroad. This can help to develop their sense of civic responsibility and to promote social cohesion.

Foster innovation and creativity: Erasmus+ supports the development of innovative teaching methods and the exchange of best practices between schools. This can help to improve the quality of education and to foster creativity in the classroom.
