Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs: Online Safety

Did you know that a smart man named Abraham Maslow thinks our biggest goal in life is to reach something awesome called Self-Actualization? That's when you become the best you can be! Later, he added another big goal called Transcendence, which is all about helping others become their best selves too!

This idea of Transcendence is a lot like what we learn in our Catholic faith, where helping others is really important.

But before we can think about these big goals, we need to make sure we're safe. Just like we need a helmet for biking, we need safety when we're online. Being safe on the internet helps us grow and be ready to help others. That's why, in our classes, we always make sure to learn how to stay safe online!
