Employees and covered family members enrolled in the RUSD EPO and PPO medical plans have access to telehealth services through Plushcare. Telehealth allows you to communicate with a Board Certified physician by phone, be diagnosed, and when appropriate have prescriptions electronically submitted to a local pharmacy of choice. This service is no cost and covers 100% with no copay and no deductible.
How to use PlushCare:
Call (866) 460-6205, go online, or open the app from your smartphone. First time users need to register. You will need to provide your name, date of birth, email address, and createa password. It only takes a couple of minutes. Register today!
Select "Book Appointment" and choose a physician and an appointment time that is convenient for you.
The doctor will call you at the scheduled appointment time
If necessary, prescriptions will be sent to your local pharmacy.
