Members who enroll in one of the 4 RUSD Medical Plan Options have access to a program that can help you achieve optimal health! If you have a chronic condition, you have access to your own personal Nurse Coach through the Disease Management program. Your Nurse Coach will help you understand and manage your condition to start living a healthier lifestyle.

Narus Health’s personalized approach to care improves the physical, psychological, and logistical burdens of disease by providing patient advocacy, care coordination, skilled clinician oversight, and advanced technology.

Once you decide you want Narus Health working for you, you receive a dedicated team and they begin work to make your situation better. You can use the service as often as you want.  In between appointments, Narus Health is there to respond to any new issues that may pop up. Whether you contact them by phone, mobile app, or video, they are always there, day and night. And if they don’t know the answer to something, they will get it.

What is MPOWER™? It’s a mobile app connecting patients and caregivers. Understand, you don’t have to use the app to receive the full scope of services. You are always encouraged to just pick up the phone and call. But, if you like using smartphone apps to communicate, you will find MPOWER™ to be a very useful tool. 

If you choose to use MPOWER™, it will be set up on your phone during enrollment. You can grant permission for any of your caregivers to use MPOWER™ on their smartphones too (this will be explained in detail during your enrollment call).

And for everyone using it, MPOWER™ is a 24/7 communication tool. It’s always on.
