 If you misplaced your card or did not receive a card, please utilize the online information below to gain immediate access to your ID card, reprint your card and access your insurance claims.

Lucent Health is Third Party Administrator (TPA) for all RUSD Self-Insured Health Plans.  The self-insured health plans include, EPO, High Deductible EPO, PPO and High Deductible PPO Plans.  

ALL plans will utilize the ANTHEM BLUE CROSS PPO (PRUDENT BUYER) NETWORK.  For Plan information click HERE.

Your in network provider will need to check your eligibility through Lucent Health. All claims need to be sent to Anthem for pricing. Once discounted through Anthem then then will send it to Lucent were you will be able to view your EOB (Explanation of Benefits) to see what is owed by you. Keep in mind there will be a higher amount owed until your deductible has been meant depending on the type of service completed.
