For questions or assistance in having your claims processed, please contact Lucent Health directly or the RUSD Benefit Advocate dedicated Helpline:
RUSD BENEFITS ADVOCATE: (800) 914-5096 or BenefitsAdvocate@mcgriff.com. The advocate will work directly with Lucent on your behalf. Please have your medical ID card and medical bills available.
Why is this Happening? The Provider (doctor's office, laboratory, hospital, etc) did not submit the claim to Anthem for pricing with the correct information from your medical ID card, or coded the services incorrectly. Keep in mind that annual deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums still apply and some invoices are patient responsibility. Be sure to contact Lucent Health for Explanation of Benefits. You can also download the Lucent Health mobile app to your smartphone or register on www.LucentHealth.com to view your claim information.
